| General |
Due to the dynamic nature of product availability and the custom nature of our business, actual gift baskets and leis may differ from those in the photographs. In order to best serve you, we reserve the right to make substitutions with items of equal or greater value.
Please check your order information very carefully. Order information should be complete and include: Recipient Name(s), Hotel or Condo, Island and Town, Dates of Stay, Date of Delivery and Gift Message. Properly filling out the order form will help ensure accuracy and the level of service we strive to provide.

| Airport Lei Greetings |
- Greetings are available seven (7) days a week.
- Order confirmation and a lei greeting information sheet will be faxed or e-mailed to you.
- Leis will be delivered to the hotel/condo the following day if: there is a major problem with the flight arrival, the flight has been cancelled or the flight number changed.
- Orders received less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance will incur a rush order charge of $10.00.
- We are able to issue refunds for cancellations made forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Cancellations received less than forty-eight (48) hours in advance will be subject to all costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
- We are unable to issue refunds if the information provided is incorrect or if you are not on the flight specified.

| Gift Baskets, Tropical Arrangements and Leis |
- Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday of each week (except holidays).
- Order confirmation (along with any additional information) will be faxed or e-mailed to you.
- Standard orders must be placed two (2) business days prior to the requested delivery date
- Orders received less than two (2) business days prior to the requested delivery date will be considered on a case by case basis. If processed, the order will incur a rush order charge of $10.00.
- We are able to issue refunds for cancellations made two (2) business days or more in advance. Cancellations received less than two (2) business days in advance will be subject to all costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
- We are unable to issue a refund if the information provided is incorrect (dates, etc.) or the person is not registered with the hotel or condo specified. A $10.00 redelivery charge for gift baskets will apply as a result of an error in the delivery information provided. Due to spoilage, fresh flowers and leis cannot be redelivered at this time.
- Due to acts of God, and at times, as a conservation measure, we reserve the right to deliver the day before or the day after the requested delivery date.

Blossoms Hawaii respects the privacy of all its customers and will not sell or rent any of the information that is provided by customers or prospective customers. Blossoms Hawaii will not collect any information about individuals or companies except when specifically and knowingly provided to us by individuals or companies. The information you provide us for billing and shipping purposes is never released to others unless authorized by you.
